Please allow 4-5 weeks lead time on orders.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event, the robot you received is not what you expected please review our return policy below.

Start your return or exchange process by contacting our team at: 403.991.0087 within 14 days of the delivery date. For all return and exchange requests, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. In case of a refund, we’ll charge a 15% restocking fee plus shipping/handling. Refunds will be issued within 10-14 business days after we receive the product.

Custom orders are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard Warranty

The robot comes with its hardware and software warrantied for a 1-year period from the date of shipment.

  • If a hardware failure is diagnosed out of the box, or Dead on Arrival (DOA), Pantala Technologies will either supply replacement parts or a replacement unit depending on the complexity, timeline, and buyer preference of the resolution all at no cost to the Buyer.

  • If a hardware failure is diagnosed after the robot has been in operation, Pantala Technologies will supply replacement parts and instructions all at no cost to the Buyer. If the failure is not capable of being replaced in the field the buyer will return, covering the return shipping cost, the failed unit to Pantala for repair. After the repair is completed Pantala will ship, covering the shipping cost, back to the buyer with no service or labor charges.

  • Software problems will be rectified with a software update pushed remotely to the robot.

*Failures not covered include, but not limited to, damage due to misuse or mishandling like driving downstairs, physically riding on the robot, liquid spills, exposure to high heat, misused or altered power cables, and falls.

Extended Warranty

For additional protection within 30 days of the shipping date of a new robot, you can also purchase an Extended Warranty to cover your robot and included accessories for a total of 3 years from the date of shipment. Contact our support team directly at 403.991.0087 to enquire about extended warranties.

**The Custom Robot, Developer Edition, and robots with a Developer License are excluded from coverage by Extended Warranty. If a Developer License is purchased for a robot under an existing Extended Warranty plan, the plan will be voided.

Enterprise Solutions

Enterprise Solutions is a software and services subscription that provides enterprise-level features to help you better deploy and manage your Robot fleet.
